AN ELEUTHERA man is accused of helping to hide a man he allegedly knew had committed assault with a deadly weapon.

Keyshawn Pinder, 25, pleaded not guilty to harbouring a criminal when he appeared before Magistrate Kara Turnquest Deveaux on Friday.

Prosecutors allege that on October 8, in Harbour Island, Pinder helped conceal Dudley Clear, knowing that Clear had committed assault with a deadly weapon.

He was granted bail of $5,000 and is due back in court on October 21.
