A MAN admitted to breaking into a café in Exuma and stealing cash last week.

Deansley Rolle, 51, broke into Lorraine’s Cafe & Bar on Queen’s Highway, Black Point, and stole $25 between 9pm on September 2 and 2am on September 3.

Rolle pleaded guilty to shopbreaking and stealing before Senior Magistrate Kendra Kelly Burrows.

He was remanded to the Bahamas Department of Correctional Services until he returns to court for sentencing on September 13.

Sergeant Vernon Pyfrom prosecuted the case.
