He is survived by his mother: Donna McIntosh; daughter: Sharina; sons: Akeem and Harrison; 2 brothers: Jason McIntosh, Robert Johnson; sisters: Josephine McQuay, Nadia McIntosh, Rachel Johnson; grandmother: Anthea McIntosh; grandfather: James Ferguson; numerous nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
