Funeral Service for Retired Nursing Officer Marilyn Donnamae Rolle, age 84 years, a resident of South Beach Drive, and formerly of Mt. Thompson, Exuma, will be held on Sunday, June, 5th, 2016, 2:00 p.m., at Zion South Beach Baptist Church, Zion Boulevard. Officiating will be Bishop B. Wenith Davis, assisted by other ministers of the gospel. Interment will be made in Woodlawn Gardens, Soldier Road.
Left to mourn her passing are her sister, Minister Susan Smith; her brother, Elder Jeremiah Rolle Jr; adopted son: Derek Major and his children; aunt: Adline Rolle; Godchild: Gary Lord Rolle; numerous nieces and nephews including: Wendell Rolle, Paula Gray, Genevieve Sears, Rodney, Byron, Wayde, Derek, Neville, and Sammy Bain, Monique Burrows, Pauline Cartwright, Brent Rolle, Felecia Turnquest, Sharlean Sturrup, Brenda Rolle, Nadine Rolle, Carlton Smith, Lillie Smith, and a host of grand and great grand nieces, nephews and cousins including: Louise Brice and family, Nora and family, Helen Ferguson, and family, Alicia ‘Penny’ Thompson and family, Eulamae Rolle, Levi Rolle, Eddison Barr, the Rolle, Humes, and Brice families; Sandra Newton and family, the Pastor and members of Ebenezer Baptist Church, Mt Thompson Seventh Day Adventist Church, Bishop B. Wenith Davis and Minister Ismae Davis, and the Zion South Beach Church family.
Relatives and friends may pay their respects at Cedar Crest Funeral Home and Crematorium, Robinson and Baillou Hill Roads, on Saturday, from 1:00 p.m. to 6pm, and at the church on Sunday, from 12:30 p.m. until service time.
