BIANCA WILKINSON, mother of seven-year-old Dkarter Gibson seen here at his funeral which had to be closed casket as his body was burned. The PHA and the Grand Bahama Health Services (GBHS) say they are actively investigating the circumstances surrounding the remains of a male juvenile patient at the Rand Memorial Hospital Paediatric Ward. Ms Wilkinson says she just wants closure on the matter.
