Why should they? how many guilty persons would come out and admit to their guilt without some pressure being placed on them to tell the truth. Sometimes even our children have to be forced in teling us the truth. In my opinion the only thing that should be film is their confession when they actually break down and tell the truth.

I don't think this is abut confessing. This is about the amount of people dying in police custody. It can also help in court cases.
