Why would you need to? This island is so small, if the customers don't like it, they sure will tell you! Sounds like another reason to hire more government employees to enforce the BAN!

As an ex-smoker, I am completely for a ban on indoor smoking. It is disgusting at restaurants or in the workplace where you cannot get away from the smokers. There are considerate smokers who have never needed this ban and who smoke where they do not bother other people, then there are others who need to have the ban in place.

With the proven health concerns of second-hand smoke, this seems like a total no-brainer.

Will this non-smoking ban also apply to the city dump?

I'm an ex-smoker as well. No one hates it more than us! Do we have a need for a ban here? I never seem to notice locally a problem with smokers inside restaurants or any business. Just going to cost everyone more money out of their paychecks to cover what it costs to put into place a "BAN".

"Ban" is another word for "TAX". Free the Market.
