With all the issues we have in this country including a lot associated with the immigration department do we really have time to worry about what someone is wearing

Yes and they are not mutually exclusive.

This jacked up society exists because we fail to pay attention to the little things first. Decency would go a long way to addressing many of this country's issues.

Generate jobs for your people, 3,700 are unemployed on that main island. Employ those folks. We have 3.5% unemployment in the USA. Who isn't working, does not wish to work! Crime goes down when everyone is at work and making money. Develop opportunities = employment = - lower crime.
