ROUND UP: PLP candidate Kingsley Smith has won the West Grand Bahama and Bimini by-election. In the unofficial vote total, Mr Smith finished with 2,150 ahead of the FNM's Bishop Ricardo Grant with 1,276, Coalition of Independents leader Lincoln Bain with 307, DaQuan Swain, Independent, with 28 and Terneille Burrows, Independent, with four.
