'We wonder why, on average, Bahamians seem disenchanted and unmotivated at work.'
I did wonder why they were so surly, uninterested in serving me , ignoring me while talking to colleagues, sukkin dey teet all the time. Now I know!! So they are 'disenchanted' about business deals and 'unmotivated ' because they feel left out of the process. Now we know. Thank God you were able to help decipher this national malaise affecting our great workers.
This is beyond hilarious. Really is.

Well after ingesting both the hypocrisy and the irony of this post, I feel constrained to put pen to paper. Ms Ferguson the seemingly very learned JP is also it appears an MBE !! Nothing particularly unusual about that, except our learned friend lent some space in her post railing about (colonial) laws that are archaic and that we need to rid 'ourselves of vestiges of a colonial period '. So despite the sins of the 'colonisers' and their residual archaic laws, she still had no qualms about accepting one of their archaic awards. So much for ridding ourselves of the vestiges of colonialism!! The irony of this is just sublime. Especially as she had to add her title to her post.

'The bible is a real estate guide. After 2000 years, people with no genetic connection to this land? Obviously, you do not read'
You are up early with your normal drivel. Israel/Palestine has been inhabited by jews, christians and muslims for over two thousand years. You obviously need to read . There were two kingdoms in what is now modern day Israel; the Kingdom of Israel and the Kingdom of Judah. That might constitute a connection.

I have no idea why this newspaper keeps publishing the rantings of this moron. Are they that bereft of decent material ? Every single one of his compositions is total drivel.

You obviously have not thought about the ramifications of income tax on this island, to make such an inane comment. The impact it would have not just on foreigners but also on Bahamians themselves.

Talk about hyperbole and exaggeration!! You must have some weird fixations and are projecting on this site, for there is no 'paedophilia craziness ' taking place anywhere except in your little fetid mind. Spain's new animal welfare laws have nothing in them that relates to zoophilia !! They are being introduced to help counter the abuse of animals.

You don't think property tax should exist but even more so, not in a capitalist society. Whoah!! So tell me Adam Smith without property tax how would you pay for roads, schools etc and basic infrastructure on this tax income starved island? Its not like we are overflowing with other means of income beyond VAT. I mean every industrialised country has some type of property tax for this reason. Perhaps you know something they dont.
