Law and order is something that has to be built and then maintained. Yes, I do agree it’s been established and as these two examples demonstrate, the island is feeling the effect. Since there is a turn over of people through the island, it takes time to identify any new bad actors and root them out. I applaud the influence and effect of the officers. The residents island is on notice that they will be held accountable for their actions.
