Parasitic? You true Bahamians have a mirror of vanity and pride. Haitians have a rich history buried in all of that filth from their dictatorships. While Bahamians have only a legacy of how they sold out to the Pablo Escobar's cartel in the 80's. If France didn't make them pay the damages and or the dictatorships were quickly stopped, Haiti would have been the richest Caribbean island along with Cuba, we would had been POOR instead, serving the Mexican cartels.

You Bahamians don't belong here, nor so than the Europeans. The Lucayans were the true owners of this land, replaced by entitled, spoiled Bahamians who never got rich from legal methods, only criminals ventures made this country rich. Haiti made an effort, and still got screwed over.

Please, reconsider your history...

Aegeaon says...

Of course. Keep lying, and soon enough. The Bahamas will be a haven for the Mexican cartels who will cut off people's heads and run the Bahamas to sell drugs to their friends and terrorists.

Aegeaon says...

Sure. America may have their own issues, but this isn't how America is supposed to act. It was because of the 1% who manipulates the Americans to commit such crimes. That country is a victim of economic lies that the wealthy bastardos offered to the US. In reality, the US wants to help, but the 1% keeps tricking them into doing their deeds. The US aided Colombia to recover following Pablo's rise and defeat, and to stabilize Mexico during the years of 2006 to today. They're helping them because they now lost their edge of combating the threat.

There are many versions of the 1% around the planet. There are the Rockefellers, then we had the Medellin Cartel with Carlos Lehder back in the 80's who had nearly billions of dollars in cocaine, and unlike America. We chose to side with the Cartel, made us a narco-state for years. he sold so many drugs into Miami that it started the street wars from that point, his legacy with Escobar entitled Bahamians to be independent drug runners to today, and some of those Bahamians are now sicarios in Colombia or Mexico's drug lords.

All of that drug money lies in your Central Bank after Carlos left the Bahamas. All of our money that we borrow is sent to the Mexican Cartels for more street weapons and dirty personal money, or sent to ISIS-associated groups. In return we sent some gangsters to the cartels from the government and they also told the Bahamians to lie when the US government asks for advice.

That's it, this is your reward. A narco-state that is secretly serving cartels at the expense of Bahamians and the trust of the US. The only way to solve this? Accept your crimes, burn the drug money, and you may have a chance at redeeming yourselves to combat the cartel menace.

Seriously? There are some visible elements of rape within a marriage, and you deny it? That's what some of these Christian Zealots are making lies while they have sweethearts and raping others, and even God predicted that marriage is without danger. So if we had a possible marital rape case and it turns out to be true. What can you do? Let that person continue to rape? Or turn him in to justice?

Patriarchy under mankind has led to human atrocities against females, especially back in Medieval Europe and the Middle East today. Women are blamed for sexual assaults while males remain immune from judgement. This act from Bahamian Conservatives is keeping us back from moving forward. Sure we don't need feminists messing things up, but when there's anything that blocks and the hand of justice from punishing criminals that use marriage to violate others.

Rape is rape. There's no feminist agenda, but there's an agenda by the Religious Zealots to keep women silent on these matters, so their money will always line their pockets.

Again with this? You need to look at the bigger picture. My answer will be the same. The Bahamas chose to be a narco-state, and this is one of the symptoms that is showing up. WE chose to be cheap at the cost of thousands of Bahamian lives, and it seems that you can't find what is going on. Sure, there is corrupt US officials, but they're not to blame. We are to blame because the Bahamian government and society wanted easy money, which is criminality. Accept your faults and move on. The US is only trying to help, why push them away?

Aegeaon says...

Now that makes true sense.

Aegeaon says...

Didn't you forget Africans? Because we used voodoo before the slave masters made us forget and forced into Christianity. They were happy before the Christian Zealots enslaved and changed our religion. Don't get me wrong, Christianity in the hands of the disciples weren't perfect, but even they knew that other people around the world were happy regardless of religion and never bothered to force anyone to worship Christianity.

But instead. The Pope and his Templars used the Bible to thump around, kill and destroy everything and everyone who didn't believe their faith. Muslims were their first victims, and Africans were next on the list in later history. All made to ensure power and domination over people.

Haiti chose to be happy with their religion, and instead, forced to fight back and gotten screwed over with France. Now people telling them that their way of life that they were born with is the cause of their problems? Conservative Christians should learn remorse and respect for other religions around the world.

Sorry, John. You "true Bahamians" are the main suspects of ruining the Bahamas. Why are you blaming foreigners of "owning" this country when YOU people had 44 years of independence.

The majority governments over the years screwed up and squandered every chance of development, along with the Medellin Cartel that opened the Bahamians for drug-running and they could get away with it. Now young Bahamians will choose to be gangbangers and drug-runners more than being actual citizens. Now there's 52 gangs running high schools, and we're playing the blame game instead.

We Bahamians chose to be a narco-state, not a full one as of yet, but eventually, it will happen.

From what I've seen over social media about Bahamians defending their own country is completely clueless on how the government has ignored 52 gangs for far too long, and they've became bold enough to do these acts that we see today.
I fully agree on the State Department's warning, and fully blame the Ministry of National Security for failing to take solid action to secure the safety of locals and tourists. What the RBPF is even doing isn't on the right path to protect Bahamians. Don't get me wrong, I'm not hitting the government harshly.

What I've noticed instead is about "public walkabouts", which is supposed to ensure law and order, but fails instead because of how the police is portrayed around Nassau. They barely look intimidating at all, and their weapons are poorly updated. How in blue hell can you have an Uzi from the 1980's? While someone had an MP5 in their back trunk instead?

This is the greatest example of a flaw right there, because the Bahamas is a important area for both drug lords and the FBI and the DEA Task Force alike. After the PLP sold an entire island to the Medellin Cartel in the late 1970's and 1980's. The US realized that the Bahamas is a key role in preventing drug cartels from creating a pure narco-state that is easy to control, to create and deliver drugs to East Coast and to the UK where it can be sent to Eastern Europe.

Sadly, for how embassy officials are forbidden to go to Sandtrap, or visit Jetski operators is an issue caused by us. I noticed that a life of bad deeds reward Bahamians more than being an honest citizen. Like how the Jetski operators can scam or rape women during the last few years and they got away with it because we didn't believe that these incidents happened, or we blamed the tourists. This is what is happening with this new warning, and we can't realize the bigger picture.

Bahamians are blaming the US for a simple warning, and that is what the other Mexican cartels want. So that the US will eventually stop support for the Bahamas, and the cartels will take over the country, mold the country like Mexico, but as a full narco-state. Leaving the Bahamas's only means of money is by drug-running, sex trafficking, money laundering, sale of illegal weaponry, kidnappings, harvesting organs from kids and terrorism will be our new norm and our new industries. All of that money is kept in the hands of sicarios, and Bahamians are the ultimate victims. We will never travel as the world will now scorn us for letting criminals control us, and we will always serve one cartel as slaves

That will be our outcome, unless we start to blame ourselves, and to start the initiatives to repair our country from the damages that we caused. The US has all the right to be concerned, and to help us to pinpoint our flaws. We should all face it, Bahamians in every social and governmental position should take responsibility for every action we do.
