100% concur. If we can rush through legislation for StemCell research on our shores, this too is possible. I can see a tag team with a University of the Bahamas medical school too. Professors and students would be showered in international grants for that sort of research. If we are serious about transforming Freeport into a Tech/Research Hub, this may help.
