"Dr Sands believes the end goal for marijuana advocates is recreational adult use,"
So flipping what? If people wanna recreationally use it then why the hell not? Tax it and help to close the deficit. Stop with this geriatric 19th century thinking.
I never eat from under the bridge, it's disgusting and dirty. Wasn't there a rebuilding effort lead by V. Alfred Gray? I swear I recall Alfred Gray also declaring that several vendors were YEARS in arrears for their rent to the government. The rent was a measly $90 a year and those buggers weren't paying it!
Shut them down if they don't pass health inspection or if they don't pay rent. Kill this shit now.
I think it should be legal for recreational use as well. Just create a card (with annual fees) for people to buy recreational/medical cannabis. Then we can tax the farming of the plan as well. Give Bahamians land, crown land for hemp operations for our local and potentially regional marketplace.
We got millions of people that come through our country every year, lots of tax money can be generated off of their cannabis consumption as well. We also get to decrease our incarceration rates.
I was onboard until I saw consolidated fund. What part of the constitution or law do we have to amend for new taxes to NOT go into the bottomless pit of shit?
Put the proceeds in a consolidated local government fund for Each Island. With the financial resources, local government there can then actually do something instead of waiting for the Donkeys of Nassau to do something for places like Ragged Island. Stop this consolidated shit.
Brave and the previous disasterous dumpster fire of an administration didn't take the flipping country seriously. Shut up Brave, you have no credibility.
I can't tell whose actually worse in leadership, Minnis for his flip flopping or Brave for what he represents.
It was indeed lousy work actually closing the road, true. But that lousy closure doesn't negate that the young lady was speeding. Both are culpable in this case.
