if only we had people to enforce the traffic laws... No one pays attention until someone is dead, sad in this case and if the driver is caught he should be charged with murder, but whats the point if he'll be out on bail and walking the sstreets for 3 years until his case comes around
Despite the rampant stupidity of people who are against this, CCTV has been proven globally to reduce crime...when there are people to monitor the system and proper maintenance is done...but considering the state of the country I doubt it.
wait the government screwed up and is pointing the finger at the people? That would never happen, the government loves us and would never lie to us. So we better line up in 2017 to collect our party t-shirts and free food/liquor, because nothing makes more sense than electing a government because they gave us free things!!!! you can't fix something was never designed to work in the first place, so why is this surprising to anyone?
