I don't know what you're referring to because no party has conventions when they are just formed. McCartney has said that of the 13 (or 14, can't really remember) who formed the DNA, all unanimously voted for him to become the leader.

Thank you for being such a real, intelligent voice representing the youth of our country. Nothing you said was off-base or unrealistic. Please keep it up.

There are 350,000+ people outside of the House of Assembly, and only 38 in it.

Do the Math. There are more Branville McCartneys than there are Perry Christies.

Hold firm Cobalt... voting for the lesser of two evils got us in this mess. I'd protest vote third party before switching back to the opposition for the umpteenth time in a row.

Says the guy who didn't push for it when his former leader wanted a fourth term. Not very inclined to fall for this one.

The alternative to the PLP would've been a slightly less bunch of incompetents. Either way we would've had incompetents. Young people don't care about that wasted vote rhetoric - we know this aint our father's PLP or FNM.

If you looking for the media to report that you might be waiting a long time... I checked out the DNA's crime platform on their site a few years ago. It was a good start. Very fond of the 'sweat the small' stuff approach and start enforcing the law at the top first. Someone needs to make an example of these law-breaking politicians.

Bitter, bitter FNM. Get over it.

Interestingly, you didn't mention the part that "Upon coming to office, the DNA will put to the Bahamian people, by way of referendum, on whether Bahamas-born children of illegal immigrants should have the right to apply for citizenship for them and/or their children."

Which is absolutely consistent with what Bran says here. You can't pick one part and not the other. They don't contradict each other.
