Now ya see...this one is not going to be classified as murder...you see...he was shot and survived the initial attack...the fact that he died in hospital is the hospitals fault...not the shooters...so it doesn't count towards the murder rap! ;-)

So this guy was using his government issued and plated vehicle to taxi his non-government employee home from work. I know it is irrelevant in the grand scheme of things, the man is dead, murdered...but still...another fine example of how our culture of lawlessness carries on.

If he was not there to vote on it, he can distance himself from the votes outcome...it has passed, he can now safely backpedal and say he still had some concerns on it and to blame the ones that did vote on it.
