I do wholeheartedly agree that before any such agency is formed...and is apparently up and running, legislation MUST be there FIRST. So many laws are being broken right this very second because there is no legislation in place for what they are purportedly doing...and surprisingly, they see nothing wrong with it.

I am not afraid to use my vehicle as a weapon in self defense. Some strange unidentified person approaches me in a threatening manner while I am in a vehicle and sorry buddy, you are my next speed bump. Now...identify yourself as a police officer, properly, and I'll tell you anything and help you in every possible manner.

Always more than one side to the story, some say two, others say three. Going on the assumption that this side of the story is the true side to the story, it is a disgrace. If I was driving around in the middle of the night and some unmarked car with people in plain clothes was chasing me down, I sure as heck am not going to stop...if they start shooting at me, that's even more cause for me to put my foot down and GO!!
