5 Days and counting … something not right here … simply disclosing Names and Nationalities of deceased, which would have been “immediately” known by virtue of Check-in Records does not constitute an Investigation, much less Answers, bearing in mind Exuma is a “small” Island and I sincerely doubt these Visitors in their 60’s were roaming around off Property engaging in adventurous activities … or eating Barracuda! Indeed, if this is such a complex mystery to solve, the Resort should have been temporarily closed by now as a Public Health Caution pending determination.
Something is not right here some 4/5 days on … where are the Answers … not just for the Families, but all of us … Drugs, Chemicals, Gas or other Poison, including the possibility however unlikely of Fish or Conch?!?
Leaking Freon is certainly toxic and can be deadly … but hard to imagine Guests of a Hotel would have been left in a Room experiencing such an issue pending the leak being repaired?!? Anyway, let us hope this is not the cause for the sake of “Sandals”!
This would appear to be “some sort” of injection, inhalation or ingestion poisoning … drugs, chemical, food … but only a proper autopsy will confirm in conjunction with whatever information can be obtained from the sole survivor.
You Guys must be young … don’t forget ABC Motors (Rolls Royce, Jaquar, Toyota, Mazda Dealership), RND and Burns House … even a Knighthood could not restore value to those Shares!
That is an hilarious analogy … 94% “scale back” is certainly like nothing ever heard of before. Nonetheless, $300m is still a lot of money and the Country desperately needs “all” the investment we can get, so let us see if the Combo of Grimes and Debbs can deliver on investing such an amount Grimes claims is already to hand and no issue raising more if need be.
According to Grimes “they have” the $ so Proof of Funds for Government Approval “should” be forthcoming … failing which this is a huge embarrassment for all in this “official” Launch Photo … as at least Oban had the money … anyway, according to Grimes such Proof of Funds will be presented in approx. 4 months, so let us see …. August is not long to wait.
Been waiting years for Sailing to be made the National Sport … pity the Founding Fathers of the 2 biggest Regattas (George Town & Long Island) such as Hugh Cottis and Holland Bottoml are no longer with us to see their dream become reality.
So much for protecting our Environment and our Fishing Industry from indiscriminate illegal poaching by Non-Bahamians who use Bleach to kill our Reefs to capture our Crawfish, Spear Guns to kill our spawning Groupers, Cyanide to stun our Angel and Parrot Fish and Compressors to break out our Conch underwater turning Conch Beds into Graveyards.
Maybe the Privy Council will take pity on us and save us from our own embarrassing Judiciary?!?
