With all due respect, the problem with the above supposed “rational, educated and (heaven forbid anything but) accurate” assessment is that “normal” people do not engage in such perversion against the most vulnerable in our Society, whether Kids, Women, Elderly and the problem with condoning and making excuses for such mentally handicapped individuals is that in reality they are a danger to “normal” people and must be weeded out castrated, jailed and, if ever let go, shunned. Bottom line is Life is about choices and if you choose though your sick sexual perversions to ruin the life of a minor or other, then be prepared to pay the price ... suffice it to say you, you lay one disrespectful hand on anyone in my Family and there is no Law, Judge ... A simple Case of “non-existent” Security, as it would take at least 10 to 15 mins to escape the the “Baha Mar” Prperty on foot and then a further 5 to 10 nw to exit the designated Ring Roads by car, with all of such routes easily capable of being blocked.

Reality is as a Treasure Cay Resident of nearly 40 years, what was once the pride of our Family Islands is anything but prestigious, having seuffered years of neglect. Just yesterday, this Top 10 Beach was over run by Haitians playing loud music, walking pit bulls and fighting with each other and their Ghetto Princessess, all in front of what once were Million Dollar Estates that are virtually “unsalable” by even the great mr. Newell, with this situation only getting worse, not better, as evidenced by the lack of Customers at the supposed upscale “Treasure Sands” Club, which found itself instead of “Nikki Beach” more akin to Ghetto Central, so I can see good reason why any “new” Investor would opt for a “Greenfield” Project well away from what has become Treasure Hell for me! Obviously as a Home Owner, writing in such manner does me no financial favors, but sometimes “the truth” is more important than your self interest in a 10% Commssion mr. Newelll. As for mr. Newell’s concern for our Parrots, I wonder why he does not mention that Treasure Cay was the site of the first Settlement on Abaco, namely Carlton, the specific site of which is currently For Sale by mr. Newell’s?!?

Commission of Enquiry is desperately needed, as Isfailian is merely the most high profile Victim of injustice that has been suffered by so many Others at the hands of our corrupt Court System.

For the first time perhaps in the history of our Country we finally appear to be making some effort to address poaching and now there is a debate about level of punishment. These Poachers know full well what they are doing is illegal. Unfortunately, it may already be too late to save our marine resources, which have been plundered for years to the brink of collapse..

As for the Defence Force, what exactly is it’s purpose, if not to apprehend Dominican Poachers, Drug Smugglers and Illegal Haitians and Cubans?!? Surely not to simply moor expensive military craft at Coral Harbour for the occasional Family Island Tour?!?

What a fiasco, this is becoming more and more embarrassing ... imagine if this this had been a Commercial Airline full of Tourists, we would be DONE as a Vacation Destination!
