Oil prices will be irrelevant if bpc open up the Bahamas acereage.
The moaning will stop and Guyana will play second fiddle to the Bahamas.

Many Bahamians still have their heads in the sand about the state of the economy.
The BPC drill may well save the economy from total ruin.

There is oil in the Bahamas, definitely. The old folks know how it’s there. We just don’t know how many billion barrels we will be producing in a few years time.
It will be nice to find out in May.

BPC have $25m in the bank already... this is a small top up.
All previous wells in the Bahamas had oil shows but were drilled in the wrong locations due to poor quality seismic surveys.

At least Mr Smith is suggesting ways to avoid total Bankruptcy for the Bahamas.
All of the hot air comments above do not bring in jobs or revenue for the country.
