I think you need to read BPC’s latest market update - they have over $70m in facility’s and paid a $900k cheque to the government recently.
Their operations in Trinidad are producing oil which should net them revenue of $40m plus a year — in a year or two down the line.
If they hit oil in the Bahamas then a big oil major will come in either take them out or more likely purchase 51% of the license area... for big bucks.
Good to see the Bahamas family office backing BPC. Together with Leno shareholders they must have provided around $5m to support this national project.

Very strange. BPC will take them apart in court with such a flimsy case.
Meanwhile, if they strike oil ... well then money talks and there is no going back in my opinion.
