This man is probably the closest we've ever come to a true banana republic type dictatorship. The lack of transparency and accountability for his dealings is beyond belief for a modern democracy.

Wonder what's on the list for how 100 million of the 150 million dollars borrowed for hurricane relief will be laundered into the pockets of PLP cronies. All repairs should be conducted by the Ministry of Works within our current budget. Not a cent should be borrowed!!!! Shame on the lending banks for not requiring a non partisan committee to oversee the distribution of funds. Shame on the lenders, because the borrower is clearly without shame.

I did not think this would be possible in The Bahamas I knew growing up, but I have lost 100% faith in this PM and the PLP. I believe he should have resigned after the second downgrade. The secretive nature of his Baha Mar dealings are unforgiveable in my books and traitorous to the Bahamian people. I believe his actions will likely bring the downfall of this once great nation.

Why can't anyone in the Government say what happened to our VAT funds? This is beyond ridiculous.

Like Sarkis, we the Bahamian people have been sidelined by this devious government. The PLP world is a world in which only web shops, cronies and dictatorial governments have a voice. It is so sad to see Sarkis struggling to be heard by going to the Press. He should learn the Press is the last place he should go, because this government does not read. In their crazy gangster world, up is down and down is up. China is good and legitimate businessmen walk.

Unfortunately, I agree with Banker. Our natural slave leaders have tasted the empowement of becoming slaves again under a new red master. They will not give up that feeling to be free again. When one is a natural slave, they kick the man who offers them freedom in the teeth. "Freedom is too scary boy. I feel safer with China man in charge a me and making all the decisions"

Thank goodness. Use this man. He is good for The Bahamas. Please accept this offer and let the rightful owner resume his position. Tired of all the PLP fronters.

I have a feeling the hurting the PLP put on the public treasury for hurricane relief and rebuilding will far exceed the damage wrought by Hurricane Matthew. The treachery of the PLP frightens me way more than any storm.
