From what I've seen of Eleuthera, he should call it "Eleuthera's golden desert." It's one of the quietest places on Earth. You can hear a pin drop for miles. If anything could be said to have the potential of being Eleuthera's golden goose, it would be Disney.

The seller has the right to chose who he wants to sell it to. There should be some stipulations like right for Bahamians to use facility and beaches and Disney cannot use this port for other Cruise lines. Other than that, it would be insane not to go forward.
