With these announced deadlines, the Government is just baiting for an injunction to be imposed. I wouldn't be surprised if the FNM is secretly paying the legal costs for the Haitians to contest them in Court. They obviously have no intention of destroying these shanty towns. The delays they impose on themselves for legal intervention makes this clear.

It's easy money! Why would the government part with it, unless corruption is involved. The 55 million spent on the hotel could have been used to make the cruise port even more valueable.

They will only let the public buy a garbage class of shares that has little to no voting power, a very very diluted share in the company (if any share in the real owning company -- likely it could be just be scam shares in a side holding company). The shares available to the public through CFAL for $1,000 probably wont be worth the paper they're printed on.
