Why should the developer supply any documents to the Tribune?
And why to the neighbours? Zero obligation.
And naturally the building has a building approval and occupancy permit.
And Town Planning has written a letter to all "concerned neighbors" confirming the approval - nobody has received? Sclerosis prevailing at The Palms and Love Beach colonies....
They can discuss with anyone including their toxic lawyers but as someone has written before "The Law is the law".
They all are barking to the moon, and on thin ice considering being held liable for damages....
Wondering if the developer will take any legal action against this bunch of..
These m....s are a nail in the coffin of The Bahamas. But the IMF will fix this year.

I would be very careful threatening investors. If this culture finds its way to international financial institutions and the global investment community, then Good Night Bahamas. The financial world is global and a boycott would be fatal for the country. Do we want another Haiti? Or Red China colony? Look at Hongkong.Hopefully the investor friendly government acts swiftly to educate some of these backward thinking Bahamians. 2022 will be decisive and we are sure the government knows much more than saying in public. Good luck Prime Minister and team!

This man has balls. More to be expected regarding South Ocean - had Perry Christie approved there would be the third New Providence Casino Resort and if BahaMar would have been resolved in a reasonable way Izmirlian wouldn’t have to fight in court and the Christie government wouldn’t have to give away $300 m stamp duty to the Chinese. A lot of s..t will hit the fan.

A new administration is urgently needed. The few brightest of FNM and PLP should join and save the country. Better than the IMF. Not many left, reduce number of ministries… ask the Bahamians.
