The 7 power (white families + one black hubert ingraham representative ed curling) families that control the import/export industry of the country aren't satisfied with the amount of money they are making and now want more.
FYI for the average Bahamian this takes money out of the public treasury and puts it into the pockets and coffers of - Moskos - Holowesko's - Lockhart's - Kellys.. those cruise ship fees will now go to them if this deal goes through.. not the government that badly needs it.
We must watch this - Hubert INgraham effectively returned the shipping industry to the white boys who had effectively owned it and they are now proposing to knock bread out of the government's mouth for their growth.
And the Albury lady admires this incompetent party that is in government now. The Audacity of the youth to the form their own opinions just pisses you off right ?
If this story had actually developed some traction The Tribune could be looking at a lawsuit as Phillip Davis has resigned and is no longer associated with the day to day activities of Davis and Co (the law firm in this article) as far as law and order is concerned.
Whether the tribune or the public feels otherwise is no concern of mine, the rule of law or the courts if Davis chooses to recover damages caused by The Tribune's attempt to associate him with a firm he is no longer connected to.
