In so far, Marvin Dames can be regarded as a failure at the Ministry of National Security or a successful Minister of Road Blocks.

However, his non performance can be directly related to the relatively short time he's been in office.

Marv: you have 1 year or you will be named amongst Tommy Turnquest and the late BJ nottage when failed national security ministers are mentioned.

Okay guys.

If none of these arrests land any convictions, expect to pay the price for this in 2022.

PLP's should be keeping a dollar value on the costs on the state associated with prosecution. (i.e ag's office hours, etc).

If all accused are exonnerated, this cost should be heralded in the dailies to alert tax payers on the amount of money that was spent to unsuccessfully 'uproot' corruption.

BahamasForBahamians says...

What hypocrites.

These guys should be fired for taking advantage of the Bahamian's people intellect or lack thereof.

They sold lies and dreams that the hotel was incomplete and falsely opened. Now, fast foward 2 months they're parading around the same resort all smiles and feeling elated.

Please implement the MP recall system forthwith Hubert!

Has the secrecy of this investigation raised flags for any of the learned readers and visitors
of this website?

Lets compare:
At BAIC: Less than 10k was allegedly missing - Public Arrests and charades were had. The public was constantly updated with arrests on the former chairman and relevant staff. All presumed to be PLP supporters.

On the other hand: We have ( $7million -$1billion) missing from BEC but no word on who has been suspended or is being investigated? Mums the word!.

Expose the fnm cfo Cecile Greene and all of her inner dealings! The public demands answers!
Its the peoples time!

No. The FNM will not be rewarded by the populace for simply 'telling us what we already".

They were elected to create a new day in The Bahamas and implement the many solutions they heralded on the campaign trail.

Simply put: nothing more nothing less.

Hypocrites.

Travel is only good for The FNM.

The disrespect these guys are having for the Bahamian populace is ridiculous.

Its like they are throwing middle fingers at all the campaign promises they made. How ridiculous.

They told us once the PLP was gone we wouldn't be downgraded anymore..

$700million dollars later, POP goes the weasel. Or the symonette?

Lol

Another FNM donor giving instructions on how the government should be ran.

This is what.. the 4th prime minister? we currently have 3 active PMs.

BahamasForBahamians says...

It is.. Moody's strategically waited on the new budget before publishing an economic opinion of The Bahamas.

This was not the view prior to borrowing 700million at the stroke of a pen, a Hubert and Peter initiative.
