His call on a personal matter to a bank is not only influential, its could be percieved as intimidation... He should have just paid the bill & avoid this b.s. if its true..

If this story is correct that's official misconduct. Furthermore, for the P.M to make personal calls to a bank using his influence on something such as friends or colleagues personal debts, its not only illegal but idiotic.

its an entirely dysfunctional court and criminal justice system that's at issue.. You have to be able to move cases with accuracy and efficiently and seperate the pick pocket or panhandling from the murderer, rapes and robber etc. Create space for the murderers and other violent offenders. The entire system has to be revamped... But one of the major focuses should be family planning to stop this irresponsible breeding, kids born in poverty or in situations of neglect fuels the problem.. Vesectomies, tubes tying, condoms, anything just stop it, too much dysfunction.. I'm willing to bet that if u surveyed all the criminals percentage wise I would wager that 90% come from single parent households with in many cases the person has no idea who dad is or dad is a criminal or irresponsible man with multiple kids..

How does the AG have the authority to move them out the courts, when the Courts are suppose to be an independant impartial entity.. She does not superseed the Courts authority, so i'm confused can someone explain this to me? Without a accurate record of proceeding justice will not be "seen to to be done" in cases where there is descrepancy. How do u depend on a Judge's notes, Judges responsibility are already multifaceted so i am certain accuracy is questionable. Not to mention that the issue at hand could be with the Judge as the grounds for action.. The end Result: more litigation, more backlog, more appeals, additional exspenses and overall less transperancy... It appears she has no idea what she's doing, just like BJN..

By the way legalizing webb shops will not get the return in taxable profits the government expects and could run them out of business.. Legalizing it creates competition which will dry up business.. The real money maker is the weed, got to legalize marijuana screw gambling.. Pass a law that says only natural born or naturalized Bahamian citizens can grow and sell weed. Zone it to private resorts or establishments, tax it and rack in the billions.. Make sure Bahamians monopolize it..
