Quid pro quo, my people. The Chinese aren't giving the Bahamian government $1.2M out of the goodness of their hearts. There is or there will be payback in some form or another. It will be interesting to see how this plays out. Also, I predict a huge blowup about this money in the future when it is revealed that a large portion of it was never spent on what it was intended for and nobody will have any idea where it went. Ain't that how it go?? Millions disappear and nobody saw nothing.
