Every press release that Genting puts out states that they are worth something like $45 billion dollars. Money is not an object for them, and shouldn't weigh on the judge's decision.
The Bahamas is doing unbelievable damage to this country's reputation right now by allowing these corrupt developers to destroy the very things that people come to Bimini for.
If only Perry Christie and Resorts World weren't so corrupt, they could have listened to the other stakeholders in Bimini and put forth a plan that would have benefited everyone.

Fred Smith is a hero to many Bahamians, a man who is not afraid to stand up to corrupt politicians and billionaire developers.
Resorts World Bimini should be severely punished for acting illegally. Their resort has a decade-plus legacy of acting in this manner.

The key point here being ignored by the PLP is that RWB is very likely going to fail, and all of this will have been for nothing!
Nobody here in Bimini, including many people I've spoken with who work for RWB, think that this project can be sustained.
