Mr. ward is quite right, but he and others are aware of the submission to the last Government and this one of a comprehensive, computerized motor vehicle inspection system that will by-pass the ineffeciences of the civil servants, give every insurer a comprehensive report on the condition of the vehicle prior to its inspection, and enhance Government revenues.
Franklyn Robinson and his team have been lobbying all the stakeholders to no avail about protecting the motoring public and no one is listening. What more will it take?
