I could see a Fleet of Cessna Caravans hauling people and goods to the smaller islands. At a 1.5 Million a pop you could buy a bunch. Reputation for a economically frugal safe aircraft is well documented.
Plus side is you have a perfect platform for young pilot training also. Run a flight school / Air Taxi / Airline/ Cargo operation.
2% increase on vacant land. I see the bottom dropping out of foreigners lot purchases. Vacant land I would think costs the government very little to service.
I know you don't want to hear it but maybe it's time to issue handgun permits to law abiding Bahamians. Since the Government can't stop illegal guns it's time to give people the opportunity to protect themselves and their families.
