It's obvious why you wouldn't issue licence's for salvage companies when your goons already raking our precious waters. Check some of those jewels those MP wives be wearing....things that make you go hmmmm!
Last year when they talked about the stadium being certified and possible defects I sounded the alarm about the money the St. Lucian Government had to spend after receiving their new stadium from the Chinese some years ago. It is obvious they are excellent at constructing the physical stadium but paving tracks are not their speciality.
I will be very surprised if the new stadium will be certified for Carifta and that probably explains why no one can purchase tickets now. The infield from video's i see online is horrific and don't seem to have an errogation system. Time to bite the bullet and put down a proper artificial turf since no one have a green thumb to keep the grass green.
