The fact is that the people who want Bahamian citizenship are not from G7 Countries. Those people just want permanent residency and a favourable tax environment; in addition to the awesome environment they romanticize. The ones who want Citizenship have other motives; like hiding stolen money (Brazil, Russia, China..) or avoiding violent retribution in their home Nations (Middle East, Eastern Europe). So in my opinion, the only reason to do this is to facilitate Global corruption in exchange for a share of the stolen and laundered money. In my 25 years around the Bahamian expat community, I have never heard a person from a G7 Nation say they wanted to trade Passports.
You mean "came on Vacation, left on Probation" isn't a slogan? In reality this is a tough situation and I think any visitors that come to The Bahamas do so because they love it and this is a small inconvenience they will overcome.
Partially in the middle of the road? You mean pulled over to the side of the road. A vehicle can't be half in the middle of the road so this sounds like the police justifying the fact that they had no probable cause to approach these men. Weed makes you less motivated and alert. Dangerous drugs are what the Doctor/dealers in BMWs wearing suits on Wall St. sell. Oxycotin, Vikadin, Fentanyl, Ridlin...... they kill thousands per year in the US alone.
Don't take the easy way out. Refute me with DATA. Can you? I am an economist, graduated from the 14th ranked University in the World, and I will patiently argue every point with you. For your information; you are wrong. The only way to fight this pandemic is with a Federal approach that makes sense like Canada or Germany or Taiwan. Think of it as a foreign invader. Would you leave National homeland defence up to individual states? Sound silly doesn't it. Your argument lacks cogency but I invite you to make it so with reasoned facts. So please, have at it. We both know you have time.
There is a difference between free speech and having your article published by a news source. Presumably, the latter requires a higher level of intellect and analysis. So write what you want and opine as you will, but let's not pretend that everyones opinion is of worthy of being published. It does reflect poorly on the Tribune as they are judged by the quality of the writing.
Trump believes in laundering money and hiding stolen National resources in offshore entities. He has been laundering for Russians for decades. You don't really believe he flipped that palm beach property for a $50MM profit to Putin's friend because of his business acumen; do you? So the inaction on offshore banking is expected. He is on those lists. There is also the small matter of the 250k dead Americans and cratered economy due to his denial of a catastrophe. Her stole $60MM from the inauguration committee, forced the taxpayer to pay $130MM for his golf outings!!!!!~ Giving his salary back? What a joke. Why don't you try and read more. You could use it.
I believe educated opinions over uneducated opinions. Hence I go to a Doctor when I need medical advice and not my barber. So I want to know educational level, experience, and wether you are successful yourself or just talk. So we are all entitled to our opinions but only an idiot holds them in the same regard without consideration to the underlying basis of that opinion. By that yard stick, most people are too poorly educated to opine and that includes a large minority of the American public.
There was this pandemic Kevin...... it was mismanaged in a way that only a Knox college dimwit could have pulled off. Redefining incompetence, mismanagement, and stupidity, he could not have killed more Americans if he tried. He hates black people; like YOU. Was charged for discriminating against them in his rental business by marking their applications with a "C". Don't talk about Ben Carson.....he let Herman Cain die after his rally. I see you are religious and believe in fairy tales? What is your educational level and where did you achieve this? Abortion is murder like you are a genius. He lost the election because he left Country poorer, sicker, and less secure than when he was in office. That is a fact. I am an Economist so if you want to make comments like "the phenomenal job he did growing the American economy...." you better back them with DATA and facts. gdp - Down, Unemployment - higher, poverty level - higher, National debt - much higher, Yearly deficit - off the charts. Should I continue Kevin? Actually forget it. My mother told me never to engage in a battle of wits with an unarmed man.
Complete nonsense including the lie about the judge. Does he/she have a name? Or is this just fantasy like trumps Ivy League education? Only dimwits with limited education and intellect will question this election. Does this apply to you?
