What i dont understand is if this were a officer below the rank of inspector he would have been criminaly charged before the courts why is this man not charged before the courts this is an alleged criminal act ,Dwight Smith was charged before the courts for an alleged sexual act and this man with all the witnesses involved wasnt what the hell is this in this country.
