The acronym “BUT” was clearly created as a joke and to disrespect the members. It could just as easily have been BTU.
The first thing they should do is fix this.
Why should anyone ever be addressed as “BUT President”.

Just as many homes that were “built to code” are gone. Look around, wake up. Mother Nature didn’t stop to check for building permit compliance prior to taking away all those “code compliant “ homes.
