Bahamas!!! Can we please please please organize a real government!!! The PLP is an incompetent, idiotic, impotent, corrupt, worthless, excuse riddled, hapless bunch of crooked, deceitful, undeserving, liars!!! Where have all our REAL men gone??? Where are our leaders bounded by honesty, integrity, decency, and honor??? Can't we do better than this??? Is there at least one capable, viable leader in this country??? I had an epiphany the other day when I tried to classify exactly what's wrong with this country. It suddenly dawned on me that since becoming an independent nation (not under the UBP), the Bahamas has never had a leader who hasn't been influenced by the destructive, nation-destroying, characteristics of the PLP! From Lynden Pindling, to Hubert Ingraham, to Perry Christie; all have them been ushered into politics through the ranks of the PLP and are likewise skilled in the debilitating, victimizing, selfish, tactics consistent with this government. This pattern that they are known for is undoubtably destroying our country! Lie after lie after lie after lie!!! Failure after failure after failure after failure!!! When are we going to decide that enough is enough?!?! Worthless politicians like Bernard Nottage have been around since the silent era! Ironically, since then our nation has continually regressed! Do we really think that this is a coincidence??? Of course not! How do we expect our nation to progress when we keep placing imbeciles like he and Perry Christie in positions of power?!?! (Suck my teet) Where's my blood pressure medicine?
Two people with ankle injuries who died days later??? This is a poor reflexion on the hospital. Could it be possible that both individuals may have developed Compartment Syndrome due to their casts??? However, this very rare... and to have two separate cases occurring in such a short space of time is unheard of. Very sad for the family and friends of Mr Demeritte. Deepest sympathy.
The PLP has ALWAYS been known for corruption and dishonesty! Back in the 70s and 80s even Sir Lynden Pindling himself was engaged in drug trafficking escapades with known cocaine kingpin, Carlos Lehder! Nothing has changed. The PLP is nothing but a consortium of mobsters and criminals!
Very sad story indeed. It sounds to me that officer Demeritte experienced a classic pulmonary embolism (blood clot in the pulmonary artery). Family members and friends of any patient experiencing trauma to any part of the body would be well advised to ask their doctor about the use of clot-preventing drugs such as Heparin or Aspirin.... and if a blood-clot is indeed suspected, then they can be prescribes clot-busting, anticoagulant drugs such as Warfarin or Coumadin. Unfortunately, pulmonary embolisms occur very quickly and are 95% fatal. If you or any of your love ones have experience trauma to any part of the body and after a few days start to experience pain, redness, warmth, and inflammation of any of the calf muscles of the leg (left or right), then report to the hospital immediately. This may indicate a case of deep vain thrombosis which can lead to a pulmonary embolism. Avoid rubbing or massaging the calf muscles because this is what causes the thrombus to break off in the veins and eventually gets lodged in the pulmonary artery of the lungs. This is what causes the shortness of breath and inability to breath. Just some food for thought.
This is my question..... how is it that you claim to have the solutions to my country's problems, yet you don't seem to possess any solutions for yours??? Why don't you go home and teach your Haitian countrymen how to better themselves and their country instead of burdening ours??? Furthermore, this is not a platform for civic or humanitarian speech. This isn't a religious forum nor is it a case-study on African history. This is simply a matter of devoted and determined Bahamians preserving our country for our children! You Haitians have already soiled your country and now you're attempting to do the same to ours! Do you know how many mangy Haitians my brother and I have to treat everyday?!?!? You come to our country riddled with tuberculosis, herpes, cholera, herpes-simplex 1, cryptosporidium, hepatitis, and a host of other life threatening diseases that my fellow countrymen know little about! You exploit our oath to confidentiality and professionalism, then attempt to make us seem un-humanitarian when we address the problematic and debilitating problems that your kind brings to our country!! You expect us to remain silent and accepting towards you while you break our laws and infect our population.... not to mention, exhausting most of our medical resources that were intended for tax-paying Bahamian citizens! And the worst part of it all is that my fellow Bahamians are the ones that have to fit the bill!! And then you've got the nerve to call me poison??? YOU are the poison!! you and your kind!!! If the the average Bahamian knew the truth about the Haitian occupation in this country, there would be a massive extermination of the Haitian populace!! You AND your diseased children!!! We don't care about your post, nor do we care about your dialogue!! We just want y'all gone!!! And how dare you talk to me about God?!?! If I didn't believe in God I would have put strychnine or succinylcholine in those syringes that I treat Haitians with instead of therapeutic medicine!! Don't get me started Haitian!!! As a matter of fact.... if y'all Haitians knew what's good for you, you'd get back on your sloops and go home!! Trust me!
To any Bahamians whom Ive offended with this post, I sincerely apologize. But this Haitian's been getting on my nerves for days now.
Half??? I don't know what census catalog or demographical manuscript you're reading; but either way your statistics are grossly incorrect. Furthermore, you need mind your own business. This is between me and Haitian Boy.
