The Canada Ministry of Health has certified that anybody who has received 2 doses of authorized vaccine (including astrozenica) is deemed to be fully immunized.
Why is this not sufficient for the Bahamas Ministry of Health?

Note that Bahamas travel visa applications are not accepted until no more than 2 weeks prior to arrival. That will seriously reduce the number of tourists.Those who want to come in November or December cannot apply until November or December..

PCR Covid Test costs $100 and you have to wait 2 or 3 days for a report. False positives are found often.
The antigen Covid Test (1/2" swab up the nose) takes 15 to 30 minutes to get a report and costs $15 or free at the clinic.
