While I agree that we should move on from both the Oasis and the Bazaar, that hotel did not close because it was inland -- it closed because of Hurricane damage to the buildings. Both it and the Bazaar were doing fine prior to Jeanne and Frances. I agree that an inland hotel on a small island is not ideal, but there was plenty of activity at the Tower, Country Club and Casino prior to the hurricanes.

As for the money on the barrel head, we talking $5.5 billion. That's a lot of money on the barrel head!! And I think my concern is the same as yours-- who put that $5.5 billion on the barrel head?!!
No one seems to know. And they putting in effort to keep it that way.

Licks2, I at least know who these 'questionable' leaders are! I can sort out the controversy for myself and determine how "questionable" the questionable people are. I know who the leaders of the UK, USA, France, (USSR does not exist anymore- now just Russia), Amnesty and the Olympics are... BUT I do not know who leads or owns Oban Energies -- just the non-executive "Ambassador" Chairman. That is my point.

When the "public face" of a company, the person who best represents the company, has a very checkered past, I am intrigued to find out who the incognito owners of the company truly are (and why they are "silent" owners)..

By this logic, no man should ever buy a woman a drink at a bar or on a date if sexual relations were ever to follow. This is very bad news for the beer/wine/spirits industry.

Evidently there is a shortage of stenographers in this country.
*"NIB Worker's Trial Delayed By Lack Of Stenographer"
"Smith Trial Delayed By Lack Of Stenographer"*
We can potentially kill two birds with one stone (decrease unemployment AND hasten our court system).
Just saying...

Yinna joking right?? "Rivals"??? You all forgot about the Christie Ingraham and Co. law firm eh?

Title should read "From Law Partners to Political "Sparring" Partners to Former Prime Ministers to Lunch Partners".

Well done, Christie and Ingraham - one law firm controlling the fate of the country from 1992-2017.

On Former PMs go from rivals to lunch partners

Give the DPP **complete** freedom from interference from the attorney general,

All civil prosecutions should be under the control of the AG and all criminal prosecutions should be under the control of the DPP.
