The level of both corruption and inefficiency in most, if not all, Government agencies is truly amazing. It would be laughable if it were not so serious. All the politicians ever do is pay lip service to this huge unlawful problem and the perpetrators are fully aware of the fact that they can do as they please and get away with it. Illegals, residents and so-called second home-owners should all be treated to the consequences of breaking Bahamian regulations; as should the civil servants and employees of Government corporations involved in the illegal construction, residence and violation of any and all the Laws of the Land.
