My take on this entire fiasco is that Mr. Sands wanted the position of Contractor's Registrar and once it was given to Omar he provoke Omar(which is quite easy to do) to say what he said regarding the BCA. I don't care for either gentleman. My disappointed is the fact that the FNM has set the precedent of making the Registrar a position forever associated with cronyism. Every new party that comes in will appoint their political prostitute to the position going forward.
Political opinion versus Legal opinion. The two learn gentleman don't care to play politics. The matter in my opinion should be confine to building code violation. Property ownership will take forever to resolve.
Base on the flight path of both aircraft, one from Eleuthera and the other going to Marsh Harbour, what happen is not unusual. Both aircraft either climbing or descending and flying using visual flight rules. Under visual flight rules if you see an aircraft in your flight path you take evasive action. Under visual flight rules you don't have to be in contact with Air Traffic Control unless of cause you are flying through a terminal area which didn't happen in this circumstance.
I don't see what the big deal is. 95 % percent of modern medicine evolves around several drugs, pain killer, antibiotics, blood pressure agents, blood sugar control agents and last but not least viagra (lol) . The other 5% you refer the patient to a consultant.
If the people from OBAN wants to invest that type of money into an oil refinery let them do so. If it is not feasible long term the money would have resulted in an economic boom for Freeport.
Stop jumping through hoops. Let then do what they have to do. What is so ridiculous, they themselves can't meet their on criteria. If they were honest they would blacklist themselves.
