Base on the flight path of both aircraft, one from Eleuthera and the other going to Marsh Harbour, what happen is not unusual. Both aircraft either climbing or descending and flying using visual flight rules. Under visual flight rules if you see an aircraft in your flight path you take evasive action. Under visual flight rules you don't have to be in contact with Air Traffic Control unless of cause you are flying through a terminal area which didn't happen in this circumstance.
I don't see what the big deal is. 95 % percent of modern medicine evolves around several drugs, pain killer, antibiotics, blood pressure agents, blood sugar control agents and last but not least viagra (lol) . The other 5% you refer the patient to a consultant.
If the people from OBAN wants to invest that type of money into an oil refinery let them do so. If it is not feasible long term the money would have resulted in an economic boom for Freeport.
Stop jumping through hoops. Let then do what they have to do. What is so ridiculous, they themselves can't meet their on criteria. If they were honest they would blacklist themselves.
A registered nurse in the US works harder than ones in the Bahamas. My aunt indicated that a registered nurse once given a patient is responsible for everything surrounding that patient. She has to bath and clean him as compared to the Bahamas such duties are passed on to clinical nurses. Yes, you are paid more but don't forget the taxes that uncle Sam demands.
Ordering the government to issue status was shaky legally. The unlawful arrest is sound. There are two condition necessary for immigration officers to carry out an arrest. "Unlawful entry" or "Overstaying". Nether is applicable to Rony Charles. I doubt the Court of Appeal will overturn the latter.
That what I am talking about. My only concern from prior blogs was accountability. The police should be able to stand up to scrutiny concerning their actions.
