Good tactic but I don't buy your attempt to deflect the disgust towards the homosexual lifestyle onto the pastor.Being gay is synonymous with been confused.
I always wonder why those of the same sex always same to role play. One takes on looking like a man(Ms Greene)and the other takes on the role of looking like a women. Deep down in their sub-conscience even those in the LGBT community must admit that there is something wrong with John with John or Mary with Mary.If that not so then why the need to role play.
I am not a fan of the government but they have done something significant that would go a long way in reducing crime if they are able to sustain it. Rimardo Rolle will killed on March 9th 2014 and his killer Javaro Davis was found guilty 12-0 on August 9th 2014 (which is five months later). It is significant because he would never have the opportunity to re-offend because the question of bail was mute.
Actually as a man, I don't think they need my vote to passed any amendment to the constitution with regards to women equality. There are enough women voters to passed any equal rights legislation they could envision. If the women don't want it, why should I care. By the way the PLP can't be trusted with carrying out the results of a referendums. They have lost all credibility when it comes to referendums.
Violence begat more violence. I believe that once you cross the line of becoming a 'head hunter", any head that offends you or your family is a target.Once you kill it is easier to kill again. I am careful not even to look "too hard" at anyone, lest I offend one of these crazies. It doesn't take much for these guys to feel disrespected.
The Bahamas miss out on a grand opportunity in 2007 when BTC was given permission to bring cellular to Haiti. Today, Digicel makes over 600 million dollars per year(2 times the amount BTC ever made) and growing. The change in government in the Bahamas put the plans on hold and now Digicel has a foot hold in Haiti.Imagine 600 million coming into the Bahamas. That amount would be second only to tourism. The Bahamas need to stop looking at Haiti as a basket case and take advantage of the opportunities she provides.
I tend to agree with Justice Anita Allen. One of the foundation of a military organization is discipline. There are many good reasons to step out of a formation. If 80% of those in formation step out for a good reason then the entire exercise becomes meaningless. By the way I thought about the atheist thing but I realized that it require 10 times more faith to believe that I came from a big bang than to believe in a creator. If I find a toy car on Mars, the first thing I will assume is that someone must have created it. I am far more complicated than a toy car.
The problem same to be systematic with all of law enforcement. The police is by far the worst. It almost same that if you give a black man some authority it gives him permission to treat others in a subhuman way.I made an illegal turn in the United States and an officer stop me. He was so courteous that I would not have minded if he give me a ticket. Once he saw my Bahamian drivers license he give me a break.Courtesy is learnt at home and apparently it is not been taught there.
