how much was spent on a water utility in Great Exuma? and it doesn't work? I know from first hand experience not being able to take a shower for a full week in a house we rented for Regatta. the owner of the house had to provide 10 5 gallon bottles of drinking water which we had to use for bathing and cleaning for the entire week. the government is a disgrace and they even got the DPM in their corner...
I'd bet money the business person are trying to but their margins to ensure they get the business over the competition rather than trying to price gouge in a highly competitive market. Focus on real issues instead of trying to get political brownee points
