what a load of poppycock? did he really say that NIB contributions have not been raised? Where was he when the NIB rate was raised a few years ago? I get the impression (squinting) that Mr. Rolle may have never actually made a contribution himself. NIB is supposed to be a government controlled, regulated and enforced national pension plan NOT a gov't slush fund to get votes. GTFOOPariliament
I understand that 201 out of 15,000 is probably higher than 1,141 out of 50,000. All I'm saying is that perhaps a bit of common sense might be beneficial here. On the same vein 47 out of 800 is probably way higher than both of these... just saying
Why would the number be kept quiet? It is just a perfect example of everything that is wrong with governance in the country. Been working on it for years, but can't remember the details? AND this is a fine example of everything which is wrong with the legal profession and land tenure in this country. With all the technology available land ownership still relies on hand written paper and microfiche. maybe its time the severely antiquated system is changed.
Has anyone reading this ever purchased a dump truck full of fill? Yes it cost money. The actual fill only costs a few hundred but the bill is usually a much larger cost. The much higher amount paid is to cover the cost of the heavy equipment...in the same way the sand is cheap, but the equipment needed to move it is what costs money and makes money for the industry. The lack of understanding of basic business practices is how the famously successful Hatchet Bay Farms were ruined.
how long and how many gov't employees does it take to install a piece of software and write up a website with a list of names. I mean, is it a lightbulb?
