I just don't see how this is going to be profitable when OECD cartel is broken and Saudis and russians, venezeula are pumping pumping pumping and care less about the futures. if it cost $40 a barrel to get it out the ground and the markets are at $40 a barrel, why even bother? There is more oil in the ground that the human race could use for the next 2000 years...
I don't understand what this Bahamian evolution group is trying to do? It seems like they ware trying to legislate a change of ownership in the aragonite industry from one person to another under the guise of National finances. Do they want to stop aragonite harvesting completely or just have a different crony get the license? i.e. let Paul have the license, tom has had it too long?
If the cost of the infrastructure is covered what is the problem? The area is economically stagnant and would benefit from some activity. Aside from whether the project will actually be profitable or not.
I can't believe how silly this. the $40 is not government money stupid people. it is not revenue. It is not tax it is a fee for a service. it is to pay directly for a $15 test and a $30 travel health visa. Go raid Education or Works budgets or something.
