More tax without a corresponding increase in government services is just additional cronyism potential. Increasing taxes of any kind will not dealing with the issues that make government ineffective/inefficient/unaccountable is just feeding the flames.

I realised that replacing an iron pole every 5 or 6 years is probably cheaper than replacing the copper grounding wires every 3 months.

good PR. i know plenty people still waiting. and why are they pulling out wood poles they just put in, to then replace with iron ones? seems like a bit of miscommunication doubling up on costs which then gets passed to us consumers?
