question: if MOW inspects and approves shody work which then fails does the MOW have any liability? Could someone sue for damages the contractor and the MOW for substandard work leading to catastrophic failure?
All this when the cost of construction puts home ownership out of reach for the vast majority of the population. Maybe try working on the affordability of home construction as well as the strength and safety. And proper enforcement which does not require several marlins and lunch? MOW has to be one of the most currupt institutions in the country after customs?
