Let's have a meeting to discuss forming a committee to decide on a taskforce to appoint a commission and then have a meeting on the findings so we can have another consultation then bring in a specialist to research and report to the committee the task force and then the commissions

What load of horse dung. What are the payments for? If there is nothing to worry about then come clean.
