Is Mr. Symonette not aware of Central Bank restrictoins on Bahamians ability to invest offshore? until very recently bahamians weren't even allowed to own a timeshare but we are supposed to believe the WTO is going to allow bahamians to suddenly invest offshore without central bank approval? hahahahahahaahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahha
Me thinks this guy isn't Bahamian. If you are so sure this is a good thing, explain to me why BORCO closed down many years ago? Tourism and Oil Refinery cannot exist on the same island both succeed. The bahamas has a GDP of $8 Billion for a population of 320,000. Yes we can cherry pick.
this is so badly needed but no one has the stamina to actually do it. shame really. It won't happen as long as the gov't is comprised of attorneys who get fat off real estate transaction.
it is a 5-6 year return. the life of hte Pv cells has not really been tested. could be 50 years. battery technology is still stuck at 10 year. so you pay for it in 6 years, and get 4 years free energy. disposal is the real issue.
no licenese plates, probably dont have a drivers license. but there is no penalty in the bahamas if you drive wihtout a license right? testing what is that?
